Cylinder 2 misfire engine light at 85K mileage. I replaced all coils and plugs and heard ticking. Local repair shop said "Pentastar tick" and should take it to dealership (was a recall from 2011-2013). 6 weeks to get first available appointment at my local dealership. They said cam and lifter needed replacement (crushed lifter), but not under warranty. When I asked to have the parts, they called the next day to say the cam was fine. The bill was still $1386 for something that should be a recall. I will join the class action lawsuit if FCA continues to not respond.
