At speeds between 50 and 70 mph vehicle has excessive vibration that seems to be from the rear of the vehicle. Had tires balanced by a tire shop and problem persisted. Dealership replaced all four tires and wheels and the problem still persists. Informed dealership of tsb sb-16-001-1, which is exactly the problem I have. They informed me they've never heard of the tsb. Similar to other complaints filed and researched concerning rear vibration issues with 2015 Ram trucks.
Purchased vehicle brand new. Steering of vehicle has been off and drifts to the left. Took to dealer two times they are unable to fix the problem. Have a current appointment on 10/16/15 this will be third visit. Unsafe driving condition especially when towing with the truck.
The contact owns a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500. The contact stated that the control buttons on the steering wheel became inoperable without warning. In addition, after exiting the vehicle, the doors locked independently. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 8,000.

The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the failure was not determined. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 1,200. Updated 10/01/15 the consumer also experienced a problem with the steering. Updated 12/24/15.
