Just purchased the 2015 Ram pickup not even a year ago and during the winter months the window on the drivers side door just fell out of its track while driving down the road. Took it back to the dealer where we purchased it and they said there was a problem with the windows doing that and they put it back on its track and charged us $60.00 labor.
A week an a half later it happened again, so we took it back again. They said it would be another $60.00 to fix, which we said it wasn't fixed the first time apparently or it wouldn't have happened again. They again said there is a problem with the windows on the Ram trucks. They didn't charge us that time because we said we weren't paying for it. They said if we came back again, they could maybe try different clamps but not sure it that would fix the problem and it would be at least another $60.00 plus parts!
Well not even a week later were driving down the road and the window fell 6 more times in one day! This is bullshit and we feel that were getting nothing but a run around and nothing gets fixed. Who do I contact about this so that we can get it fixed? Not real warm driving in the winter when the temps are single digits and wind chill is even colder! HELP!!!!!
