The AC is typically silent, however when the outside temp gets above about ~65F the AC compressor rumbles, humms and drones. It actually works fine, but is very noisy and sounds similar to a bad wheel bearing. I can isolate the noise easily by keeping the fan on 1 and turning the A/C button on and off. The noise immediately stops when the AC compressor is off.
Again the dealer said this is normal for Ram Trucks. Also it always seems to be raining and cold when I go for services so it doesn't repro for them.
Truck feels luxurious until the weather heats up and the dashboard rumbles. :(
