Took it in for a recall (back up auto shift recall and pending tailgate recall) mentioned to dealer my steering wheel vibrates around 50mph whenever I hit brakes to slow down, maybe rotor issue. Next words shocked me, service guy told me my brakes and rotors need to be replaced at a cost to me! Excuse me! The guy didn't even look at the truck yet he knew what needed to be done! I have never towed with this truck, hitch still brand new (nothing ever hooked up yet) yet to tow my RV! I told them not to look at it if they wanted to charge me, am leasing it and at the end of the lease will be more than happy to turn it back in, but am not putting a penny into a brand new leased truck. Steering vibration started at around 12,000 miles, reported to dealer around 15,000 miles. Currently I have around 17,000mile, steering vibration are getting worse will keep driving it like that till end of lease and never look back at Ram.
