Went to dealer they said it's not covered under warranty, and I would have to pay it of pocket for it, been dealing with it for 2 years, shouldn't have to deal with this!
I purchased this truck new and can't even get the RAM dealer in Warrenton Virginia to return a phone call. Safford Ram is the worst car dealer I have ever done business with.
It is totally unacceptable that these fuel sensors go out at only 39,000 miles. It's also unacceptable that this issue has been going on for many years and FCA has not addressed it. Ram use to sell just the sensor but decided NOW that people with this issue have to purchase the entire pump assembly!!! FCA are CROOKS, their dealers are CROOKS too!! Never again, I have owned 5 Rams and I will NEVER buy a FCA product again!!! Next truck will be a TOYOTA!!
