The contact stated that the auto door lock feature was no longer available on the infotainment system screen display, which rendered the ability to lock the vehicle doors from the inside. Additionally, the contact stated that the vehicle failed to lock automatically as designed while driving 15 MPH. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 224,000.
