While truck was unoccupied and in park it began rolling forward. It stopped by means of rolling into a building. Thank goodness no one was walking in front of the truck or standing in front. They would have been SERIOUSLY injured or worse! Contacted FCA, they sent a "special" investigator to run tests on my truck, who did not share any of the results with me! Then FCA sent me a letter saying to read my owners manual and to file an insurance claim!! What is my users manual going to tell me? Do not ever exit the truck, so I can keep my foot on the brake?? While I should also point out that the truck will lunge forward when stopped and my foot is on the brake in traffic, so that won't work! I have requested a copy of the report from FCA & still have not seen it.
