The contact owns a 2019 Ram 2500. The contact stated while attempting to enter the vehicle, the driver-€™s side front interior door handle failed and the contact nearly fell to the ground. The contact indicated that a plastic post piece used to bolt and secure the handle had failed. The local dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 5,300.
