The contact owns a 2024 Ram 2500. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the steering wheel was aggressively pulling to the right. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed and the contact was informed that the rear track bar, and the frame were faulty and needed to be replaced. The frame was repaired; however, the rear track bar was not replaced because the parts were not available. The contact was advised that only aftermarket parts were available; however, the contact declined to use aftermarket parts to repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
