My 2016 Ram 3500 drw limited leans to the right approximately 3/4 inch. When I place my truck camper on top, the passenger side air bag/sensor does not rise equally with the left. As a result, I am driving down the road with an approximate 2 inch lean to the right. I did not notice the truck leans to the right until I purchased a truck camper 3 months ago. I took it to Ram, they put it on a computer to try and adjust the settings. It did not work. Apparently, only a few Ram mechanics in the us understand the system and can fix my issue. I'm more than happy to go anywhere to fix my issue. Apparently, there is no technical bulletin to fix my issue. I understand placing a camper on top of the truck is a modification to the truck. But, these trucks are marketed by Ram to support the rv industry. So, they should be able to get my rear calibrated close to zero. Why can't Ram work with the local dealer to fix my issue. I do not feel safe driving on the road with the truck leaning to right at 13,495 lbs gvw. (gvwr=14K). Can you help to connect with Ram to ask them to help fix my issue?

December 28, 2018 was approaching a roundabout traffic island when turning left and right the truck when out of control and bounced off curb and over center island one over concrete planting box under construction.blew passenger side tire and damaging wheel, front differential training arm, drag link jam nut completely losse and causing steering wheel to 90 degrees left.close to home usedfriens flat bed trailer to take home. Newer truck did not want to brand title with insurance claim. It took two months to save money as a repair approximately $2300. The mechanic said the drag link was completely loose. Got truck repaired. Approximately 30days later a recall for the drag link defect. I feel lucky for not being killed. Lucky I was going 25mph.

I was driving on the freeway with my trailer loaded when the steering wheel stopped controlling the direction of the vehicle. It caused me to lose control of the vehicle and collide into another vehicle and hitting the freeway median wall. Unknown as to the component, I am still waiting for a report. Photos attached

The contact owns a 2016 Ram 3500. While driving various speeds, there was an abnormal noise emitting from the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealer (1890 dogwood dr SE, conyers, ga 30013, (844) 776-0751) to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the rear suspension needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred four times. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 37,000.

Brand new vehicle with less than 1,000 miles on it has a violent shake at highway speeds between 62-72 mph. Three different Ram dealers and Ram customer support team states that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and it's operating as designed. Potentially a safety issue as the shake seems to make the truck unstable at times. This is occurring specifically on smooth highways and seems to be even worse around curves. Seems to be a fairly common issue among late model year Ram heavy duty pickup trucks and should be worth an investigation. I purchased this vehicle to tow my travel trailer with my entire family in the truck and I'm not comfortable doing that with this defect.
