rolled backwards while parked

Until now nearly a year after this stupid car ran me over, I started to doubt my sanity and memory regarding my neighbors 2014 Forester sucking me under the car and rolling over me. But today I had her vehicle bc mine is in the shop and her car started that poltergeist behavior again, only now I pull that parking brake up everytime I drive and put any vehicle in PARK. Last year I stopped at the Goodwill dropoff location after hours to bring some bags of clothing there for my neighbor who owns the vehicle and myself. I was driving her vehicle bc hers is a lot newer than mine and she lost her license on a DUI, which also before they took it had an Ignition Interlock installed so she had to blow into this device to even start the car. Because of that we both left the car running in situations you would normally turn it off for like unloading bags at Goodwill. It just took forever to boot the system back up. I pulled in, put vehicle in PARK and turned the headlights back to off. I stepped out of the vehicle and realized it was moving. Put foot down and got knocked over by the door and then ran over on 1 foot, during which time I was surprised how light it was. I was sorta out of it but tried to catch up with the car before it ran up a sidewalk and into a Juniper tree which had a branch that went through the window. The car was still in park when I got to it and I had to manually overide it by pushing the button in to shift it out of park into drive. 4 different warning codes popped and I drove the car home trying to understand why her car ran me over. Subaru had her vehicle for over a month and a half and offered no answers or documentation of tests run. They were rude and pushed her off and didn't give her a rental and didn't cover the lease even though they would not release the vehicle either so she was just stuck. They had her release the contents of the edr, which she did but said she wanted a copy which she never got. It was a bust and when she got the vehicle back, the rear liftgate was working properly again though it hadn't been for months and since the back windshield was blown out by the tree they had taped plastic over the hole and the car was so dirty from being stored outside. If it were my vehicle I would have flipped but it wasn't. I started doubting whether the car was in reverse or park and it has seriously upset me so much considering somehow I put it into reverse. But I know I didn't bc it was in park when I got to it after crashing into the tree, the reverse camera would have come on and I would have noticed it and you can't technically put a car in reverse when you aren't planning to reverse. It's a subconscious behavior to put the shifter into park and it's an action made without thought. If you have an automatic transmission, you could try putting it in reverse by accident and it doesn't happen. We don't think it out, we act out of our habitual parts of our brain and it was in Park when it rolled me over. Today I had her car after not having driven it for nearly a year without her present but I had our mutual friend with me who witnessed the liftgate making some very audible noise every time we started the vehicle and the entire system blacking out for no reason at all when I received a phone call. First the screen shut off and rebooted and then the car wouldnt start at all. The interlock kept asking for a sample and it wasn't behaving at all like it usually does. We got the car jumped and it started without the interlock requiring any breath sample and then the check engine light, hill assist and emissions control warnings showed up on the dash along with the Speed set sensor blinking and cruise control icon flashing. The driver side window wouldn't respond at all.

I don't know whats up with this vehicle but it isn't trustworthy. Subaru treats it's customers awful and I would never buy anything they made.
