Tailgate failed to open and we had to manually pry it open and closed it the same way. Took it to dealer and was working and they said "sorry bring it back when it is failing." I was frustrated and never went back. It fails, then it works fine for awhile. The dealer failed us on this issue and not sure I will ever buy another car from them.
