We now have over 21,000 miles on our 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek and I am shocked at the poor paint quality. Imagine for a moment seeing multiple pinhead chips on the hood. The slightest bump results in damage to the paint on other parts of the vehicle. Subaru loves to compare their vehicles with the competition, but when a owner does the same thing, they say that we shouldn't do that.
Folk's, our 2008 Honda Civic has a higher quality paint job, with less damage, than a Subaru XV Crosstrek.
When I see other Crosstreks, I now notice that they have paint issues as well. Subaru of America cannot claim that they have not been receiving complaints!
