Driving along a straight section of highway at 100 kph when the sunroof suddenly exploded, covering myself and my wife in broken glass, and also the motor-cyclist travelling behind us. Luckily he was wearing a helmet, face covering and sunglasses, so was not injured.

Subaru Australia are currently refusing to cover replacement under warranty, saying they have no knowledge of it ever happening before!
