When I use the AC/Heater, basically at this point most fan speeds cause the whining noise to be created. It has gotten really annoying and has caused me headaches. I have already gone through the "Toyota Help" of trying to get this fixed under warranty but Toyota basically said all their same model years did this so its "Normal Operating Conditions". Which is a nice way of saying we will not be fixing the problem.
