I have been shocked with having to deal with a total breakdown of the Fortuner 2 times in 3 weeks. It had to be towed away on both occasions and while I am still awaiting details of the diagnosis for the second time, it took more than a week to get it fixed the first time around with a faulty Fuel Injection pump.
I have had my Toyota Fortuner for more than 3 years and was happy with the car with no significant issues other than finding it too bouncy for Indian roads because of its height.
This recent experience has left me shocked, and while I was thinking of buying a new Fortuner in a few months, they are definitely off my list going forward.
