I paid a lot of money for a JBL sound system. It doesn't balance front to rear. I took it back to the Dealer and they said there was not problem. My 2015 Rav4 with JBL worked fine for the 3 years I had it. When I traded it for a 2018 Rav4 limited hybrid, I noticed the difference. I e-mailed JBL and they won't help me because they said its Toyota's OEM product.
