I bought Toyota with great word of mouth and also you take pride in your cars. I have been trying to find a used seat from salvage yard and personal ads. I have found not one seat that didn’t look like a bear ate it. They all looked like mine. Now I know good and well you all have had complaints on this. It’s inconceivable that you haven’t. I know this is a 2004 but I have seen other Toyotas that still look good. I think the heaters in those seats get too hot and break down the seats. I am sure your company has had complaints on this problem. Please look at this and see what you can do. Thankyou, Paula
