There are a lot of posts on the internet about the same thing. Windshield wiper nozzles mounted on the hood rarely last long. I even mentioned it to the salesman when I looked at it and he seemed to have no knowledge of the problem. Really? The fluid dribbles out and doesn't hit the windshield at all. I was initially quoted the repair at $130. After I sent the dealership a letter to the service manager, he offered to replace the windshield washer nozzles with no labor but I would have to purchase "after market" parts for almost fifty bucks when I can get them for twenty bucks online, which are Toyota parts. The service manager chose not to replace them free for me so I'm NEVER going to their service department again. I used to have all maintenance done at the dealership but that's history.I hope it was worth it to him. I'd rather go to a competing Toyota dealer in town than go back. Oh, and thanks for making the nozzles almost impossible to get at. I'm pretty disappointed in all of the minor problems I am experiencing, one after another.
