This problem developed shortly after the vehicle was new. The first attempt at repair was replacement of the clutch. The issue seemed resolved until 10,000 miles later the squeal was back. I paid for replacement of second clutch even though it should have been warrantied. Squeal came back. Dealer lubricated joint of slave cylinder and clutch fork. Squeal went away foe a few thousand miles. Squeal came back dealer lubed this lasted a week. Dealer lubed again squeal came back 48 hrs later. Dealer replaced slave cylinder and clutch fork. Squeal came back within 1,000 miles. Vehicle is being examined by Toyota Field Tech. Know issue on any year Tacoma with the T-350 5 speed manual transmission. Note: This is not the same issue as the clutch pedal squeak.
