Problem- The passenger seat back rattles and shakes when on rough roads or hitting bumps within the roads surface. Have had it to the Dan Cava Toyota dealership 3 times. Each time they say nothing is loose. Have had Master Tech, Service mgr & Salesman in truck for ride to show rattle, and shake even have video. Each hear it and see seat back rattle, but all say it is normal. Also filed complaint with Toyota Motor Co, but say they are going with the Master Tech's comments. Factory rep would not even look at Seat.
My sons also purchased 2015 Tacoma's within 2 weeks of my purchase. Identical trucks except for color, THEY HAVE NO SEAT RATTLE. Dealership is more concerned about selling than servicing. Salesman suggested I just should buy a new Toyota truck and the problem would go away. Well guess what, the problem will go away, but not in a Toyota.
I have been a Toyota customer for 12 years and my family has purchased 13 Toyota vehicles over that time. I will never own another Toyota product or even consider it. I am currently looking for a new truck of much better quality than Toyota. I hope this review is passed onto Toyota as well as the dealership. Buyer beware with Toyota's, not the quality they used to be. A hugely dissatisfied consumer.
