Common problem for these rear diffs to seep/leak and it appears the only really surefire fixes have been to move away from the paper OEM gaskets.
You either use a combo of paper gasket + RTV or just use RTV and call it a day.
I'm waiting for my leak to be a bit worse before warranting the issue given that I caught mine rather early.
I'll have to see what the dealer says at that time.
I've seen this issue affect those with 2020 Tacoma's. I've also seen this issue crop up as soon as 5,000 miles.
