Went to Toyota to have checked. They said radio has short, will be $2800 to fix. Bought replacement online for $600. That was said to be fully functional out of a 2011 with 7000 miles. Same problem NO SOUND. Told Toyota when I brought it in may be wiring harness is what I read online. Don't think they really care. They just want your money. Waiting to hear from them. Spend 33k on a truck, should expect better.
