Ford Escape 4x2 A/T XLS,Model 2012 VIN-PE2EV222CIGP00853,Engine No.L30525664(I bought this car in exchange for safety,convenience and assurance of good quality,I wanted a brand new car to free me from worries,However,i`am extremely disappointed because of the troubles we experienced after we purchased it last November 19,2012.(1)ON January 31,2012,on our way to airport,the car suddenly stopped then after two hours the engine started again,We reported it to Ford Balintawak,in Quezon City.(2)On February 2,2012,on our way to Veterans Hospital,the same troubles incurred (the car stopped).Again,we reported it and it was towed by Ford Balintawak for thorough inspection/ check up. The branch office issued result that the said car was in good condition. (3) On February 13, 2012, on our way home, the car stopped again, it was towed by Ford Balintawak. (4) For the fourth time , on March 3, 2012, I could not start the car, the overdrive light was blinking, no power. Agai it was towed by Ford Balitawak.
There is no more guarantee that this car is safe to use. Therefore, I demand replacement of another brand new car that free from any defects/ malfunctions.
I rely on the guarantee period stipulated in our contract.
