Started out as the keypad would not always work (we loved this feature on previous Fords, and vowed only to buy vehicles with this feature). Over time, we have also had problems with: interior dome lights will not turn off, while driving, doors will randomly lock, and flashers will come on. Now the backup camera is saying it is not available most of the time (sometimes it works fine).

This is an ongoing problem with my vehicle. Doesn't happen all the time, but it forces me to fumble with groceries and such while getting the 'keyless' remote out of my pocket and having to press the button to get the car to open. I know of others with similar problems and there is no recall at this time that I know of. The fix was scheduled and then cancelled because it started working again and would require me to leave my car for several hours and replace a module that in my mind should not need to be replaced.
