I WAS MY 2008 NISSAN ALTIMA AND COLLIDED WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE HEAD ON. I HIT TAIL END OF THE RIGHT SIDE OF OTHER DRIVERS VEHICLE. MY AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY NOR DID THE SEAT BELT TIGHTEN. I WAS DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH. WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS VEHICLE IS ON RECALL IS IS THIS NORMAL FOR BAGS AND BELT NOT TO WORK PROPERLY.
