These vehicles can suddenly become impossible to start thanks to a faulty electronic steering column lock (ESCL). Nissan dealers will gladly replace it, but that will run you $1000.

THE STEERING AND SUSPENSION IS APIECE OF CRAP ON THIS YEAR MAKE AND MODEL AGAIN THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE SUSPENSION ON THIS SAME MAKE AND MODEL AND I KNOW FOR FACT MINE WAS NEVER REPLACED AND NOW IM STUCK WITH ALL THESE SUSPENSION FRONT END PROBLEMS I CAN LOOK IT UP WTH MY VIN BUT NISSAN CLAIMS IT SHOWS NOTHING ON THEIR END! LIKE REALLY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLES LIVES OR THE FACT THEY MADE THESE CAR SH*TTY AND DONT WANNA TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT ITS REALLY HEART BREAKING AND SAD

steering rack leaks

Noticed rack was leaking while I was replacing sway bar links. Took it to the used car dealer and he is going to replace it while under extended warranty.
