This is the third time I've brought my 2011 Altima in for heating repairs over the past 3 1/2 years. I have extended warranty, but they say that because there is no leak and it is plugged that the warranty doesn't cover a new heater core which is about $1100.
The car blows warmer air after driving for half an hour or so after the engine is warm, but the heater itself doesn't work - 6 hours labor needed and parts are $500.
Not impressed. This problem will keep me from buying another Nissan in the future. My daughter actually bought an SUV Nissan last month. It's been in the shop 3 out of the 4 weeks because of electrical issues.
Expected better from this company.
