I definitely have a shudder and loss of power during acceleration usually at a red light or picking speed back up between 10 and 40 mph, usually during acceleration but not all the time. Only happens during low speed acceleration

This will be the third time I am heading to Weston Nissan in FL with this piece of crap regarding this issue. The first time I was there they said nothing was wrong they couldn't find anything, Next time it happens bring it back. Took it back the second time and guess what, they found the issue, said the computer needed to be re-programed. Now I'm going back for the third time. Think I need to invoke the Lemon Law here!

THIS CAR IS NOT SAFE. LAST FEBRUARY, I COMPLAINED TO NISSAN ABOUT THE SHUDDERING OF THE ENGINE. THE TECHNICIAN SAID THAT THEY DID NOT FEEL THE SHUDDERING, BUT HE SAID HE MADE SOME ADJUSTMENTS IN THE COMPUTER. 3 WEEKS LATER, ON MY WAY TO WORK, THE ACCELERATOR SUDDENLY JUST STOPPED WORKING AND I WAS JUST CRUISING AT 20 MPH. I DROVE TO THE SIDE HIT THE BREAK THEN STEPPED ON THE GAS AGAIN THEN IT STARTED WORKING. 2 DAYS LATER, WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY WITH MY DAUGHTER, SAME THING HAPPENED. LUCKILY, THE TRAFFIC WAS SLOW. TOOK THE CAR BACK TO NISSAN BUT THEY SAID THEY FOUND NOTHING WRONG AFTER TEST DRIVING FOR 10 MINUTES. NISSAN HAS THE WORST SERVICE!!!
