I was driving the car the highway at 55 miles/hour and suddenly the transmission of the car stop for 2 minutes. If another vehicle was following closer to mine, the collision will be inevitable. Then, the car started moving as normal again. Thereafter, the problem resurfaced while I was still on the highway. Finally, I took the closest exit to return home. I still have low mileage on the car and believe also Acura should be able to fix this problem. On July 8, I check with my mechanic who told me it's a transmission problem, that Acura should have placed my model on their recall. Can you please help with this matter? updated 5/8/2015
