Window regulator breaks and disconnects from window, leaving your window stuck down so someone can get in the car. Water will probably get in there and maybe some birds too.

3 of the 4 windows in my car have come off the track. broken, fell into the door. onne @ 24,300 mi. the next @ 37,000 mi. and the latest one @ 43,100 mi. bmw states-"too bad" not our problem. out of warranty. obvious a defect from the manufacturer. one was taken care of by the dealer. the next two i had to pay for. poor quality. for such a car that requires expensive repairs. please help with any suggestions.
