The contact owns a 1999 BMW 328I. The contact stated that the fasten seat belt warning alert was illuminated and all passengers were secured in the seat belt. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostics, who stated that the occupant seat sensors failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure was reported to the manufacturer. The failure mileage was 150,000. The current mileage was 151,000.
