Passenger side seat belt work on and off and passenger side in the back seat belt does not work at all

The contact owns a 2013 BMW 328I. The contact stated that the brake pedal was depressed and traveled to the floorboard. Also, the contact heard an abnormal bumping noise and the vehicle hesitated upon starting. On 04/21/2015 I was driving and my 2013 328I BMW was out of control my car sped up which has to do with speed control and power terrain. I tried to stop, brake and was unsuccessful my car would not stop, my wheel stiffened up, I couldn't steer left or right, ,, I ended in a car accident... my seatbelt came off by its self, and my airbags never went off!!! my neck and back/tailbone was injured do to your defective car (2013 328I BMW) defective( steering wheel, brakes, seatbelt, speed control, power train..) after the accident I requested a crash report !!! waiting to here from BMW manufacturer, . seeking compensation for pain and suffering... I was admitted at kern medical center on mount vernon ave.. in bakersfield California.... making you aware of their defective car 2013 318I BMW... haven't herd from the manufacturers.... worried consumer!!! thought that Volkswagen would stand by their product.... massive recall needed on all 2013 328I BMW... hope to hear from you soon!!!the vehicle was in motion.... I just couldn't stop the car!!!!! huge risk/driving hazard!!!!! on a city street!!!! I have accident report on hand to prove my statement of facts!!!
