The contact owns a 2011 BMW 335I. The contact stated that while driving 40 mph with the heat on, the center control panel became very hot. The contact stated that the failure only occurred when the heat was on and feared that a fire could ignite. The dealer stated that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. The failure mileage was 4,800.
