The contact owns a 2015 BMW 335xi. While driving approximately 25 mph, the traction control warning indicator illuminated. The contact stated that the accelerator pedal was depressed, but failed to operate as intended. The contact stated that the vehicle slowed down and lost momentum. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The technician was unable to duplicate the failure or produce a fault code. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 28,000.
