I have a 428i 2016 with 50,000 miles and having an issue with the timing chain. I contacted BMW and they said there is nothing they can do because my model year does not qualify for the lawsuit settlement. I checked my paper work and it states that my vehicle was manufactured in 2015. I am questioning why my vehicle does not qualify.
