BMW admits to an engineering flaw in the design of the M brakes and will not replace the pads.
The car has been in for service 6 times for the same problem and I have started down the path of processing lemon law paperwork.
BMW does not care if your a loyal customer and the dealers are at the mercy of BMW corp.
Seriously considering not buying another BMW and especially an M.
