brought vehicle twice to dealer. dealer can't duplicate brake problem. since then and to date i am having problem when abruptly braking on stop sign vehicle still move forward although my brake is fully applied. i have to use the emergency brake and shift to park. almost hit by oncoming car twice. i called bmw customer service twice. my vehicle vin# was not on recall list.
