Today while exiting the highway my drivers doors unlocked and opened by itself. I was able to close the door. Once I pulled away from the traffic light it opened again. It really scared me. I've done research and realized that this has been an ongoing issue. Please do a recall before some gets hurt.

** VIN should have been included in NHTSA recall #12V504000. I have the exact model, year, options, and date of manufacture as the vins that were included. A mistake has been made. NHTSA, please help!!*** *just like all vehicles included in NHTSA recall #12V504000, my 2006 BMW 750li is equipped with "comfort access" and "soft close automatic." *just like the cars that led to NHTSA recall #12V504000, my (driver's) door appears to be closed. Then, unexpectedly, the door opens while the car is in movement! this is a serious safety issue. Was denied the recall fix today at the dealer. Called BMW customer care, and they told me that my VIN was not included in the recall batch...but -- the troubling part -- they could not explain why. *there is no reasonable explanation why my VIN was omitted from this recall. A mistake was made re: NHTSA recall #12V504000 that requires urgent attention and correction: Some vins were omitted from the recall that should have been included. *NHTSA, I'm counting on you. Please help!

Vehicle had indication of passenger mat sensor failure. Spoke to dealership with no luck on coverage. Called recall number and was told there was only a recall on vehicle for transmission going into neutral. Vehicle was serviced at dealership for water pump failure a few months ago and I asked about recalls and was told there were none for my VIN. This is the 3rd thing to fail in less than a year of purchase. 1st was door actuator failure, 2nd water pump failure, and now mat sensor.
