My 2009 BMW 750I has a scared cylinder and the engine needs to be replaced. I have insurance coverage with AMERICAN AUTO SHIELD which I purchased through a company called CAR SHIELD, which is suppose to cover my claim but they are stating that the engine needs to be torn down further, remove the pistons which would be a cost of over $4,000.00 per BMW and that only covers tearing it down not repairing. I'm paying over $160.00 per month for this coverage. Does BMW have any fault in this engine?
