Driver side window was stuck in the up position.

Because of this it wouldn't fit under the window frame that when the door normally opens would cause the window to go down about 1/2 inch. Since it wasn't under the soft window trim on the door it left the window open to the outside. No damage occurred prior to the window motor seizing up or becoming unfunctional. It would have been really annoying if it was outside and rained and could have led to a lot of electronic damage. Not a dealbreaker for the car, makes me wonder of the quality that building a car like this in Mexico can lead to, but for now will consider it a one-off and I'm posting this for others to read about and collectively we can decide on if it is a one-off or if many others have had similar problems.
