Foggy substance began rising from channel vent under the windshield 3 months after I got the car. It went from the passenger side of the car to obscure visibility on the driver's side. Dealer tried to clean the windshield but the problem got worse. BMW says it's not a defect. Had the chemical on the windshield tested and it is toxic. Filed suit. Get the VIN number and be sure NOT to buy this car. Also, transmission slips, seat belts seize while driving, glue runs from a front headlight and tailgate, plus the door locks freeze and lock you in or out.
