Vehicle I have is a 2008 BMW X3 . The problem is when I'm pulling out in traffic or going up hill the transmission hesitates as if it does not want to change gears. The rpms goes to over 3 or 4 but the vehicle will not go, it goes into a hesitation and then finally takes off. This is very bad and is a pain in the butt and very scary for me as a lady and when I have my grandchildren I get afraid someone may hit me. I ask dealers about it and they say they don't have recall and nothing can be done. My son was driving it and was pulling out into traffic and was hit on driver side because throttle and would not change in time, Blessed he was not hurt. I like the vehicle but going to trade because of the problem and will not but another one. This problem need to be looked into ASAP or someone is going to get hurt badly or killed.
