- REPLACE KAFAS CAMERA. A CCM (Check Control Message) advising of a front camera malfunction is displayed in the CID when the ambient outside temperature is high. Some known KAFAS Driver based assistance functions affected: Front collision warning Pedestrian detection Lane Departure Warning The temperature sensor of the KAFAS camera was calibrated incorrectly causing the built-in overtemperature module protection function to trigger to early.
