Just recently, the fuel gauge has become intermittent.
When the fuel reaches about half a tank, the gauge will go all the way to empty the next time I start the car.
After a few more gallons are burned off, the gauge will slowly return to the half a tank mark.
This is very annoying and I don't know if it's worth taking to the dealership for repair or replacement without being shocked with an outrageous cost.
Anyone else experience this problem and what the best solution would be?
Thank you,
