The contact owns a 2012 Buick Enclave. While loading some items in the back of the vehicle, the sun roof shattered into pieces. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was being repaired at the dealer (walter jackson in ringgold, Georgia), but was not covered under warranty. The VIN was unknown. The approximate failure mileage was 72,000.
