The brake and steertng wheel don't work when the engine stalls. The seatbelt and airbag light comes on. I went to get that repaired and the dealer told me that the repair time period had expired.

Engine reduced, traction control, and stabilitytrak lights came on 11/3/2023. Car died on me while I was sitting in traffic. Took car to Firestone on 11/9. They stated car needed oil change and tune up. On 11/17/2023 while in the line at a drive through lights came on again and car died in drive thru. Car was towed back to Firestone. Firestone said it was pulling codes they didn't know and the car needed to go a Buick dealer. Towed car to Bob Brown Buick on 11/24/2023 Bob brown said car just needed a battery. After one hour the car lights popped on again and car died in the middle of the street. Towed car back to Bob brown another diagnosis was completed and was told I needed a catalyst converter. Towed car to Midas and paid another diagnosis. Midas fixed 3 gaskets and sensors. Car died again driving down the street going 35mph almost causing an accident. This electrical problem is very dangerous and unsafe.

Alternator produce too much electricity. Energy travels through Power cable. There is a 200 amp fuse attached to power cable. 200 amp fuse did not function. Sending too much energy two air compressor burning up air compressor. Melting also of power cable. Spitzer Buick of Findlay Ohio told me I was lucky I brought it in when I did "potential fire". Power cable is made in China according to the tag that's attached to the power cable.

Stabilitrack continues to cause problems with the car. I was traveling 60 mph and the stabilitrack and check engine light reduce engine power and car is unable to drive over 40 mph. This is a serious concern when on the highway. When this issue is tripped the car shakes and runs roughly. This car continues to have air bag relay or electrical issues even after fixing the seat belt harness which was recalled. This has been repaired by the dealership no less than 3 times and it feels as we are replacing parts which do not fix the issue. Having the car slow and limp home on a highway is dangerous and happens without warning. The dealership dismissed the airbag light and the second look says repair is needed for safety. So frustrating GM.

Vehicle warning lights come on randomly - airbags, check engine, ABS. They will light during drive time, then blink out for no apparent reason. Instrument lighting may or may not light when vehicle is started, and instrument console and/or entertainment console will not function when unlit. Again, this happens randomly, and often resolves just as randomly. Have had vehicle inspected by dealer without any issues identified. Issues have been ongoing for a number of years. They can occur without regard to vehicle being in motion.

In 2016, and again in 2020 after the dealer first fixed the issue, while driving at high speeds, on highways, also in the rain, again at a stop light, the vehicle suddenly decelerated, causing the potential for a very serious accident. The warnings then displayed on the dash included reduced engine power, service stabilitrak, service traction control, and traction control off. The vehicle only then drove at slow speeds, sputtered and jerked, and felt like it might stall. When able to pull over, at times turning off the car reversed the problem. Sometimes the check engine light was on, sometimes it wasn't. sometimes it would drive fine and then out of nowhere, it would happen again. In 2016, the dealership had a difficult time finding the issue. After several days of driving it, they identified the problem as a fuse box issue and replaced the fuse box. This seemed to fix the issue until it happened again in 2020 while driving. On a road trip, it happened while on a highway, again at a red light, and while on a highway again. Each time, we pulled over, turned the car off for a while. One time in particular, the issue didn't go away after turning the car back on.

Possible electrical short" fuel gauge dropped over an eighth of a tank when just filled it up and drove 2 miles home. Next time I started it up it displayed the aforementioned. Has done this a few times now. Also service airbag light has come on intermittently prior to fuel gauge issue and now is on every time. Called Buick and they acknowledge that it has been a problem for that model and even year just not my VIN. Perhaps expansion of vehicles affected??" 77,000 miles

While in motion vehicle check engine light will come on with the following messages. Stabilitrack off, traction control off, engine power reduced. Car will not accelerate above 40 mph. Car will slightly shake while this happens. Car will some times also shut off completely and not restart until codes have been cleared. This has happened on several occasions starting in February 2017. I have been told it needs a new wiring harness, new powertrain control module, new fuse box due to water intrusion, water is stated to come from cracked windshield but windshield has been replaced before and problem persisted. Fuse box has been replaced. PCM and ignition switch have both been replaced. Gives code P1682 which is ignition 1 switch circuit 2 code. Two document #S have shown up when running diagnostic check (4583190 and 4184289)

Just bought 2014 Buick Enclave - nice car, but day after, rear power liftgate became inoperable with remote, door touch pad, and console switch. Hot weather 80+ degrees. Fuse is good. Will not open manually and there is no mechanical way of opening the door from the outside. No way to open door in an emergency. Does not function as outlined in owners manual, either manually or electrically. Owner's manual has contradictory operating instructions.

Smoke came out inside on the front passenger vent, fire melted the vent cover. Took the GMC / Buick dealership, they said they cannot find the source of fire, suggesting fire cause is external such as reflection from the sun. Driver does't smoke and there's nothing I can find in the vehicle that might have cause the reflection such as a mirror or any shiny object. This happened while the vehicle is in motion, city street driving. Vehicle traveled approximately 2 miles from the house at 8 in the morning. Outside temperature around 50's degrees. I think the problem might be electrical. The amount of smoke and burning smell in the vehicle made it very unsafe to drive it.

When the interior panel is lit up, the controls in the middle row for the ac/heater get very hot. The front ac/heater controls do not have this issue, only in the middle row. I brought it up to the dealer when I took it in to get the oil changed and they really did not seem to care. This concerns me because I often have my grandchildren in the middle row. I do not want them burning themselves on the controls. It is not just warm, but very hot. I do not want a fire starting in my car or children getting burned. When the front vehicle lights are on, these controls are automatically illuminated.
