headlights project too low for road safety at night

Buick knows about this problem, yet they won't fix it The problem was also on their GM trucks and they fixed that finally but nothing for the Encore. Night driving is sometime hazardous at best especially when you live in the country and have deer, bear not to mention other animals crossing the highway and back road so it would be nice to see them in your headlights and have a little warning. Not going to happen with these headlight.

The low beams are like fog light the high beams might be at best a crummy low beam. Did a little test and let my high beams on one night, about 23 cars passed me going the other way and not one of them flashed me to turn off my high beams, that should tell you something. When I had it in for the first service I asked them to check it, they told me they had complaints already but that if they raised them up they would be too bright !!!!!!!!!!!!!

So people not fixed and hate night driving and if I was rich I would have a new car.

Update from Mar 13, 2016: I have gone through several of Buick reps. even been assigned a case number only to be told they can't help me since their have not been enough companies registered. This brings me to the question of does someone have to die to get their attention. I really don't know what to do next. Any suggestions will help.

Thanks
