While driving in a rainstorm windshield wipers failed. The consumer was traveling on the interstate when the incident occurred. This made it hard for the consumer to view traffic in order to get over to the shoulder.
Windshield wipers were in use, wanted to change speeds, and they stopped working which would cause visual difficlty, and may result in a crash. Dealer could not determine cause. The windshield wipers malfunctioned.
